TLHCA is seeking a group of volunteers who would be willing to manage a snowblower on behalf of the civic association for the 2016-17 winter season. If interested please email TLHCAPresident@gmail.com by Sunday October 2.

The Department of Parks and Recreation lends a limited number of snow blowers to civic associations and community groups, increasing the number of passable sidewalks during snow events. Our goal is to ensure snow blowers are geographically distributed throughout the county. Snow blowers are loaned to groups who agree to plow for the public good and who meet specific criteria.
